Mr. Weng Zhanbin, Chairman of the Board, was born in 1966. A member of the Communist Party of China, he holds the title of Senior Engineer in Applied Engineering Technology. He graduated from Baotou Iron and Steel Institute in July 1989 with a degree in Mining Engineering. Subsequently, he pursued further studies at Northeastern University and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, earning a Master of Mining Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration.

He previously served as Technician, Deputy Section Chief of Production, and Mine Area Director at Xiadian Gold Mine of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.* (夏甸金矿); Deputy Mine Manager and Mine Manager at Jinchiling Gold Mine of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.(金翅岭金矿); General Manager and Vice Chairman of Shandong Zhaojin Group Co., Ltd.; President, Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.; and Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Zhaojin Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Weng currently serves as Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Jiang Guipeng, Director of the Company, was born in 1979.

Mr.Jiang formerly served as Deputy Mine Manager of Dayinggezhuang Gold Mine of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.*(大尹格庄金矿); General Manager of Tuoli Zhaojin Xinhe Mining Company Limited* (托里县招金鑫合矿业有限公司); General Manager of Gansu Province Hezuo Zaozigou Gold Mine Co., Ltd.* (甘肃省合作早子沟金矿有限责任公司); Regional Director for Gansu and Safety Director of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.; Deputy Party Secretary, Executive Director, and President of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.; and Deputy Party Secretary of Shandong Zhaojin Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Tang Lei, Director and General Manager of the Company, was born in May 1973. He holds a master's degree and is a Senior Engineer.

Mr. Tang previously served as Deputy Manager of the Investment Development Department and Manager of the Geological Exploration Department at Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager of Qinghe County Jindu Mining Development Co., Ltd.*(青河县金都矿业) and Fuyun Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd.*(富蕴招金矿业); Member of the Party Committee, Vice President of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd., concurrently serving as General Manager of Shandong Zhaojin Geological Survey Co., Ltd.*(山东招金地质勘查) and Manager of its Geological Exploration Department; Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd., concurrently serving as General Manager of Shandong Zhaojin Geological Survey Co., Ltd.

Mr. Gao Wenlong, Director of the Company, was born in 1977. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Science from Florida State University, USA.

Mr. Gao has previously worked at Jefferies Financial Group Inc., Thomson Reuters Corporation, China International Futures Co., Ltd., Guotai Yuanshin Asset Management Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Cathay Fund), and Hengtian Zhongyan Investment Management Co., Ltd.
