Idle Land Transformed into Employees’ “Happy Vegetable Garden”
Led by senior management in separate teams, staff from all departments took part in a full‑scale collaborative effort. The site was orderly yet buzzing with energy, as everyone worked in sync – clearing debris, turning the soil, leveling the ground, and breaking new land with real enthusiasm.
Going forward, each employee will personally tend to their own designated plot. Once the vegetables are ready, the company will collect them to supply the canteen with fresh, organic, healthy greens. This initiative not only helps staff unwind and strengthens team spirit, but also makes productive use of otherwise idle land and secures a stable source of ingredients for the canteen.
